Knowledge Management Solutions (KMS) Inc. is seeking professionals to fill positions providing support, skills, expertise in the area of screening and vetting displaced individuals immigrating to the United States as well as other neighboring/allied countries.  Individuals applying for positions must possess deployment experience serving in the capacity of Departement of Defense (DoD) member (military and/or civilian/contractor) in the field of Counterintelligence, Human Intelligence or Case Officer.  Experience with DoD policies, procedures and regulations pertaining to these fields.  

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience • BS/MA/MS degree • Understanding of the DHS/US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) application process • Experience in NCTC identity resolution and terrorist identity intelligence research and analysis • Experience in a watchlisting position with an understanding of watchlisting policies and procedures • Experience writing cables or finished intel products • Experience with call chain analysis • Ability to research and logically analyze, synthesize, and assess information, as well as the ability to review and incorporate sources of information • Ability to work in a fast paced environment while meeting deadlines with high quality products • Experience with IC organizations, policies, procedures, and requirements • Excellent communication skills including briefings and written material • TS/SCI  

• Proficient with use of an interpreter

• Well versed in Afghanistan culture; language, religion, geopolitical situation
